POSITION: Manager – Sales Strategy
Educational Qualification
- MBA from a reputed institute.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.
Work Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Strategy, Business Planning, Analytics, or related roles.
- Experience in working with data, preparing reports, and deriving business insights.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in coordinating with different teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and a strong execution focus.
Responsibilities
- Drive initiatives that improve sales effectiveness across projects and channels.
- Build market intelligence by analysing trends, customer behaviour, and competition.
- Support sales planning (annual, quarterly, project-level) and track execution.
- Develop dashboards, models, and reports to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor key performance metrics across customers, partners, and sales teams.
- Create presentations and sales content for internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with sales teams, partners, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment.
- Manage communication with customers, partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
