POSITION: Executive – Customer Relationship
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work Experience
- 1–3 years in CRM, customer service, or post-sales roles (real estate preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and documentation workflows.
- Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-booking.
- Manage documentation, payment schedules, and handover coordination.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and maintain high satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
